DIY: Scarf + Hand Warmers

Reduce, reuse, recycle. This eco-friendly mantra is the theme of this simple DIY.

Another theme? I can't do laundry. For example, a sweater I loved had a tag with clear instructions to "Hand wash in cold water". Naturally I threw it in the washing machine and triumphantly pressed "Warm" in my water preferences. The end result was a shrunken sweater 4 sizes too small.

...And so I transformed it into a scarf & hand warmers.

Click the jump for instructions!

Materials Needed:
Old Sweater with a scoop neck
Scissors

Instructions:
1. To create a scarf, cut along the neckline.
2. To create handwarmers, put your arm in a sleeve and cut at your desired length. I cut mine about 1 inch from where my fingers meet my palms so that I could fold under the top.
Cut a hole where your thumb is.

Wear & stay warm!

  15. Practicality cheap louis vuitton handbags is important. It would be less costly to buy cheap designer handbags than buying the usual high-end designers omega speedmaster watches. Be reminded, the items are not fake. Remember that designers best christmas giftsand premium brands make it a point to always come out with cheaper rolex datejust watches that would cater to other clients and consumers. These cheap designer bags my not be as luxurious and as premium in quality as the standard designer catier bangles but they are definitely as pretty and as durable. Besides, women would not need to worry about having fake or inferior waterproof jacketslabels for their bags.
