Parlez vous francais?

...No.
But on a frequent basis, I try to look like I do.

French women are the epitome of class. They are sophisticated, chic & their style always appears effortless.

A frequent {okay, every day} outfit staple of mine is a scarf. The row of options in my closet will tell you that I can't get enough. Layered over shirts, swept under jackets, tied around the neck - they go well with any outfit.

The french women, of course, always do scarves right. Look for a post in the coming weeks that highlights some french styles that I love. In the meantime, here's me trying to be like them.

The above scarf came along with me while visiting Australia this past May.
I am happy to report that I was asked if I spoke french. ;)

I also met a little koala friend that I included in this post, just for cuteness sake.

Oui, Oui!

  1. Ooh that's the ultimate compliment, being mistaken for a French woman!! I have only been to Paris once (weep) but I felt like a traveling slob next to the women there. It's the effortless part that kills me - I so wish I was like that! Love your scarf!

  2. J'adore your scarf!
I may or may not be obsessed with scarves. I'm not sure how many a girl should own.. but I'm pretty sure my closet would prove that I have a problem.
