Wrapping Wonders

Presentation is key. While I wouldn't waste added efforts on a gift for a can't-wait-to-tear-this-off youngster, I believe time is well spent when wrapping gifts for those that will appreciate your thoughtfulness.

As I showed in a DIY project last week, this year brown bags are my go-to for wrapping small treasures. They're convenient, eco friendly and with a little love they're seasonally transformed in no time. I had a lot of fun decorating these cute little numbers - below are some of my favorites.
Another thing I've been adding to presents this year are little touches like reindeer bells and holly. They bring the festivity level up a few notches while providing a jingle or two along the way. (You can find both bells & holly at the dollar store, so don't let the fear of added pricing scare you away!)

Do you put thought into wrapping presents?
What are your *wrapping wonder* go-to's?

  8. I'll be honest, wrapping for me is often a bit of an afterthought. I spend lots of time picking out the gifts, but not nearly as much wrapping. I typically purchase a roll or two of pretty paper and alternate with different bows!

  14. I am a meticulous gift wrapper (I worked at a gift wrap booth in the mall while I was in high school, loved it!) But I have to admit I rock just a bow, but your wrapping is giving me inspiration to do a little more! Love your ideas!
