Rain, Rain

Rain, rain go away get here ASAP. "What?!" you ask, "Who wants rain?"

I do. Rain means warmer weather, resulting in unfrozen snow, thus droplets, which require a shoe that is water proof yet nimble enough to jump in puddles (for those of us who still act 5 on occasion). Rain also means spring, which is quickly approaching, putting fire under my recent scavenger for the season's must haves.

In this hunt I've found the perfect rain boot. I've stepped outside the Hunter Boot box in effort to mix things up a bit, not because I don't love Hunters (I do!), but simply because everyone and their mother has them. May I introduce you to...
My friend Caitlin introduced me to these beauts (thank you!) and I immediately fell in love. They're chic, affordable, and absolutely adorable.

Get on my feetsies pronto, booties!

  1. ohhhh, I really want rain booties! The only problem is everywhere I live when it rains it seems to rain TORRENTS, past my ankles for sure and sometimes past my full-sized rainboots! But maybe I'll go for them anyways... these are tempting...

  3. I am so over Hunter boots but I do admit they got the job done, I never like to wear them for the full day though and find it annoying to bring another pair of shoes to work! These are super cute but I think I am over investing in rain boots :) I will stick to regular boots for now :)

  6. How cute are these?! I love that they're short, too. I feel like sometimes tall rain boots are totally constricting!

  16. Cute booties. A nice change from Hunters but I still am in love with mine. I feel powerful when I can stomp through puddles like it doesn't matter. But I do love the leopard booties enough that I MIGHT try them. Thanks for sharing!
